For Fathers-To-Be

If you're not pregnant, don't read this. I'm not pregnant, THANK GOD! But if you are, that's AWESOME! But I want you to know, that if you're pregnant, then that means your hubby is too, or whoever it was who knocked you up. The father of your child-to-be had a little something to do with the conception. Yeah, like all three-and-a-half minutes of it.

And I KNOW some of you who read this blog are pregnant, ahem, YOU know who you are. Or some of you who read this blog have friends or relatives who are pregnant who might appreciate these books for their fathers-to-be.

So, I'm giving away TWO SETS of these two books in honor of Father's Day weekend. All you have to do is leave a comment, just say hi, and tell me that you're pregnant, or that your friend, sister, mother, aunt, daughter, cousin, barrista is pregnant, and you could win the set of books. That easy.

And happy Father's Day to all the dads out there who work so hard and who are underappreciated. Come on, you all know who you are! I don't have to actually list you all here do I?

Happy Father's Day!

Ok, first I'm not pregnant (phew). BUT the friend that I stood up for on May 3 is giving out hints that she's pregnant, and I know they've been trying SO hard since ummm a month before the wedding. You have no idea how much I'd love to surprise them with this once the annoucement is official (this is the single guy who when they were first dating came to dinner at my house and spent an hour plus reading fairy tales to the wee ones without being asked -- they were just *fascinated* by him).

I'll put this on the blog tomorrow -- errrr later today!

Well I'd like to win for my very best friend who is trying her hardest to be pregnant and just started on the IVF trail. She and her soon-to-be husband met at college, went out but then drifted apart when uni happened. Now after one failed marriage each they are back together and living the life they should have had 20 years ago. Just goes to show what's meant to be will be

Amanda, that happened to my best friend! Left her college beau for a big jock on campus. Married jock. Became military wife and Mom. Big jerk told her he wanted a divorce as he left for a 6 month deployment. We were 26 at the time. She reconnected with that college boyfriend and now, over 13 years later, they have two kids and are happily married. The grass isn't always greener. But the appletinis are, right Manic?

I'm not only pregnant, I'm Pregzilla!!! Only for another 15 weeks though. My husband ... poor guy... he puts up with my moods and cravings and tells me my round belly is so cute. He's the best! That's why I've kept him around for 20 yrs. Poor guy. Wait till he gets to endure Pregzilla's post-partum hormone crash. Never a dull moment.

Thanks to Kate for making sure I didn't miss this post.

My niece is expecting her first, and has been put on short term disability for a variety of reasons. SHe isn't due for 10 more weeks. Her father to be is just 19, she is 20, and could really use some insight.
Plese add us to the list.
Thank you,
Cindy P :)

Okay, Manic. I'M PREGNANT! And, yes, my husband is pregnant, too. I would love, love, love to win these two books.

Hello Manic!

Alright, so we're at 23 weeks! Yay! One more week to the "safety zone". I have mentioned we're having TWINS? So my baby daddy is going to be a baby daddy times 3.

Just like yours. :) Only all at once.

I have all the baby books, I'd love some for him.

Will keep you updated...

My sister is pregnant and is due in about a week. I also have another sister who is pregnant, but isn't due for about another 5 months. AND I have a friend who is pregnant and is due in October! WHEW! I think something must be in the water. I am definitely NOT drinking any of that water any time soon!
