Wow-- a couple of those moments REALLY caught me off guard. (Queasy at the sight of blood!) But overall that was so incredible!

Of course, the three births of my children were life-defining, and the moment hubby and I looked at each other at the start of our wedding ceremony... and both started giggling uncontrollably, that was a definite one, too. But, it also seems appropriate to say that it's the moment every morning when everyone is up and starts squawking at the same time, and I know that another day has officially started-- that's life-defining in a literal sense right now. :)

(Hey, and still waiting on more story from your previous post!!)

Still laughing at the dog-doo moment!

That's a cool video.
Your kids are all in school all day, right? Ok, most recent moment is that of 5 hours home alone with no kids M-F.

Huh. Offhand (ok it's 11:48pm and I should have been in bed hours ago) I can't think of truly life defining moments that I can grab and touch and taste and SEE right now. And I really feel like I'm wasting time and missing out on a lot of life right now.

Having my first piece published on Huffington Post. That pushed the ball forward for me.

I always knew I wanted to be a mom, but I would definatly consider the day my son was born a life defining moment. another big one is the day my divorce was final and I realized it was me and this young man I've waited for my whole life on our own...it was sink or swim time.
getting my degree so that I could provide for my son.

awesome moments guys! And Yay Ginny for getting that degree and taking such good care of your little man!

A moment for me was when they pulled Ajers from me via emergency C section, and I heard him cry --something was wrong with my anesthesia and I couldn't breathe, but I soooo remember thinking, "OK, he is born now, it's OK if I die." How strange is THAT?!?
