Overdrive

I just had a "Bump-and-Run" or two over at my neighbor's house.

What's a "Bump-and-Run," you ask?

Kettle One, Starbucks Liquer (or is it Liquouer?), Bailey's and coffee, shaken, not sitree.d... and oopps, some mistakes are occurring with the fingers on the keyboard.

A "Bump-and-Run"... unexpected for a Sunday afternoon considering Manic Mom has a "nodrinking-on-Sunday" rule. Apparently, I do not follow my own rules.

Today could have started out absoulutely miserably given the initial circumstances of me being awakened at 7 a.m. by doting and (ahem) horny hubby, but, thinking in terms I don't usually think in, I was able to align with the stars, and make the day a beautfiul one.

Tyupos left in because I'm being real, and if I can't be real after a "Bump-and-Run" then I have to ask myself, "Who am I? Really?"

Peace UP!

HA! You do not have a "no drinking on Sunday" rule! OK, maybe you do, but it's not a hard-and-fast rule. Ha ha ha.

Hey, Swishy, I think Manic saves "hard and fast" for Manic Dad! LOL!!!!!

Bump and Run!? LOVE IT! I've been a bit under the weather and one of my neighbors sent me down a piece of pizza and dixie cup of wine for dinner. Of course I couldn't drink the wine because of some medication that I had taken. Or not all of it anyway. :o)

Just don't "bump-n-drive".

Starbucks liqueur is awesome stuff.
I make a killer chocolatini with grey goose vodka, godiva liqueur, starbucks liqueur and a splash of chocolate milk.
mmm.

When my hubby wakes up like that he knows he stands a much better chance if he brings me breakfast first ;-)

Hmm, that was a silly rule anyway. Best to kill it off in style. Good job.

That sounds delicious! I have decided that if I'm going to drink on Sunday, brunch the ideal time. Even though I am in danger of becoming my grandmother. That way, you can nap all afternoon and then wake up, eat a nice dinner and get a good night's sleep before Monday morning. Now, does this mean that I refrain from drinking on Sunday night? Nope!

Bump and run? Isn't that what Lindsay Lohan calls a Monday night? (I don't even deserve a rimshot for that. It was pretty awful).

Shouldn't I, as an infrequent Starbucks employee get a discount on said liqueur? As a result, I've never had it. Is it any good?

Speaking of Starbucks, how did it really take them this long to come up with an Orange Mocha Frappuccino? I mean, it's allegedly awful, but the comedy value makes up for it. Life imitating art in a good way.

Rules were made to be broken... even when we make them ourselves. ;)
