Yep, you are famous.

For a second I did think he was going to whip out the panties right there in the bar, like he'd been carrying them around with him all that time. ;-)

Yeah, but the real question is: was he still wearing orange underwear? Not that I'm actually interested in the answer (or even the question) mind you. And, here's hoping that a publisher thinks as well of your book(s).

Oh, that's a great story! I'm glad it didn't up like Sixteen Candles where he did something weird with them. I sort of thought that's where you might be going with it.

You're famous! Congratulations! Now maybe that'll send a flurry of publishers your way! :)

first....congrats on the selection.

It took the guy a lot of nerve to ask you that question and you even more to accomodate his request.

How much does one change over that period of time....was the latest meeting more awkward than the story can say?

r martini--since you asked... the last meeting--I was probably already buzzed when he approached me. We didn't hang out, but I guess he must have given me his phone number. As the night went on, and I continued drinking....well, I didn't go home with him, but once I got home, I must have been feeling slightly slutty so I called him and he invited me over. I slithered away from his apartment in the wee hours of dawn.

And, no, I am not that slutty person any longer. To think back to those days... whoa.

you're not alone....fun times, fun memories....our kids won't be able to get away with anything.

r martini--the sad thing is, our parents assumed the same thing!

Hey, I knew about this story!!!!! LMAO. And I too would like to know what happened to the panties.

Don't you think our generation was a bit more.....how should I say it....adventurous than our parents?

Yes, and don't you think our kids' generation will be more adventurous than ours? Which scares the hell out of me! : )
