I wish, wish, wish I were with you today. I'm praying daily for the students. Have some beer nuggets for me! In these tough times we can't lose sight of the things that make DeKalb what it is:)!

Good luck. I'm sure it will be very emotional for everyone.

Those poor kids and families. I'll will definitely pray for them.

Let us know how things go. These things are so sad, but I have a feeling the students there will become so much stronger after surviving such a tragic event.

We saw the news of what happened and were shocked. I'm so sorry, Steph. We'll be thinking of you.

Sometimes school spirit is about more than cheering at a football game and you guys are showing that today. Prayers for everyone involved.

No words, just ... sympathy. I can't even bring myself to read all the stories in the Herald. I can't imagine how you feel, but I hope the memorial service helped.

Thanks for posting this . . . It brings back such memories. It makes me so sad. I've been in touch with a few of my NIU classmates and they are still in shock. A few are still attending classes there as grad students.

I went back for an English degree and finished in '97. Seems like yesterday that I was on that campus . . .
