And aren't you the tricky one—daring me right back. It's been a while since I've given blood. Maybe you can answer a question for me... Will they take blood from an old guy like me on high blood pressure meds?
Yes, I think they will take blood from people on high blood pressure medication. To be sure, and if you really want to donate blood, you can check with the American Red Cross. My hub is on blood pressure med and he donated the other day. No pressure though! Thanks! Just make sure to have your pic taken if you are brave enough to do it! The challenge is out there! Take it if you dare! hee hee!
WOOHOO! I passed my iron test and gave tonight! I feel completely hinged again :)

I'm not eligible till Feb either, and my sister tried donating but her iron was to low. I did share it on Facebook though ;)
you guys do know that you can donate ANY TIME THROUGH THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY to enter the blood drive right? Up until Feb 28 to qualify for the prizes!
