Ajers and I did an experiment today, to see if it was really hot enough to fry an egg on the sidewalk here in Chicago. And you know what? It was!

Holy crap. I got out of there just in time.
Gee, i wonder if it's that hot here, too... they're predicting us to get well over 100 with a higher heat index. they're telling everyone to not go outside in the mid-day!
I'm going to try that when i get home! LOL
I'm calling bullshit. I don't think that's the same egg. Oh, gullible people... And there's that little fact that we conducted the same experiment out here on a record-breaking day and it didn't work so well. The egg cooked, but not that pretty. You wouldn't sucker me, MM, wouldya???
NO WAY! Now how about baking a cheesecake while you're at it.
Wow! I've heard of it.... but have NEVER seen it.
That is awesome!
WoW! What a great idea to actually DO THAT! :)
It is actually impossible for this to take place. It would have to be at least 140 degrees for this to take place. There have been several studies done, and you can watch as a family runs experiments in Arizona at the temp of 112 degrees and nada. But you did make a pretty egg and it didn't break when stratigically placed.
Yeah, I was onto you because the white is shaped different in the second photo. That is an awesome post though! Chicago can be a pretty hot place. I am originally from Indiana, yikes that summer humid heat!
